Presence in Southern and Eastern states

The role of chemicals goes well beyond concrete mixes for the infrastructure and construction industries, both sunrise sectors in a fast developing economy like India. Today, the range includes waterproofing chemicals, floorings, self-repairing mortars, roof coatings and a lot more. The challenges of treating the world’s growing population not only includes new medical technology and treatments, but also speed and efficiency in delivery of ultrapure, fully traceable pharmaceuticals. At Surya Corporation, we serve the pharma industry by representing leading Principals in the fields of purificatory products.

Activated carbon from Cabot/Norit is among the most important and effective purification tools in the pharmaceutical industry for intermediates and end products. Another widely used class of pharma purifiers are polymeric adsorbents and ion exchange resins from Chemra, that offer the highest internal surface areas for their volume, permitting a wide variety of complex molecules to be adsorbed.

Norit B SUPRA EUR is a medicinal, steam activated carbon of 100% natural origin and has been processed to meet purification standards required for medical use. Norit B SUPRA EUR meets the requirements of the latest version of the U.S. Food Chemicals Codex. And the latest edition of the European Pharmacopoeia.

  Norit CAP SUPER:

Norit CAP SUPER is an extremely active carbon being very suitable for the decolourisation of highly coloured liquids in the pharmaceutical industry. Norit CAP SUPER has been developed to achieve highest decolourisation rates at ultimate low carbon dosing rates, as is often required. Norit CAP SUPER is produced by chemical activation using the phosphoric acid process. Norit CAP SUPER meets the requirements of the U.S. Food Chemicals Codex (5th edition, 2004).

  Norit CN1:

Norit CN1 is very suitable for the purification of highly coloured and/or foaming process liquids, in applications requiring a carbon with a neutral reaction. Examples are the treatment of certain pH sensitive pharmaceuticals. Norit CN1 combines an excellent adsorptive capacity with excellent filtration characteristics. It is especially effective in adsorbing higher molecular weight organics such as dark colour bodies and proteins. Norit CN1 is produced by chemical activation using the phosphoric acid process.

  Norit DARCO KB-B:

DARCO KB-B is suitable for the decolourisation and purification of pharmaceuticals, where the use of high purity additives is required. Its excellent adsorptive capacity is especially effective in adsorbing higher molecular weight molecules, resulting in colourless liquids or white crystals. DARCO KB-B is produced by chemical activation using the phosphoric acid process. DARCO KB-B meets the requirements of the latest version of the U.S. Food Chemicals Codex.

  Norit DX Ultra:

Norit DX ULTRA is very suitable for purifying nutraceutical or bulk drugs during their production. It has the unique feature to adsorb high molecular weight impurities (dark colorants) as well as small organic impurities (light colors). The result is that relative low dosing rate is required to meet the purification requirements. This will not only give economic benefits in terms of low activated carbon consumption but also in higher process yield. Norit DX ULTRA meets the requirements of the latest version of the U.S. Food Chemicals Codex. It is produced under the scope of a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of CDX HACCP. The corresponding Certificate of Registration is available upon request.

  NORIT CA1:

Norit CA1 is very suitable for the purification of highly coloured and/or foaming process liquids in food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Norit CA1 combines an excellent adsorptive capacity with excellent filtration characteristics. It is especially effective in adsorbing higher molecular weight organics such as large colour bodies and proteins. Norit CA1 is produced by chemical activation using the phosphoric acid process.

  NORIT CASPF:

Norit CASPF is very suitable for the purification of highly coloured and/or foaming process liquids in fine chemicals and pharmaceutical industries. Norit CASPF combines a superior adsorptive capacity with good filtration characteristics. It is especially effective in adsorbing higher molecular weight organics such as dark colour bodies and proteins, at low carbon dosage rates. Norit CASPF is produced by chemical activation using the phosphoric acid process.

  NORIT CGP SUPER:

Norit CGP SUPER is an extremely active carbon being very suitable for the decolourisation of highly coloured liquids in the pharmaceutical industry. Norit CGP SUPER has been developed to achieve highest decolourisation rates at ultimate low carbon dosing rates, as is often required. Norit CGP SUPER is produced by chemical activation using the phosphoric acid process.

  Norit PAC 200C:

Norit PAC 200C is suitable for a large range of applications such as decolourisation, purification and final polishing of pharmaceuticals, chemicals and oleochemicals like glycerin. Norit PAC 200C is a, steam activated carbon with excellent filtration characteristics and a high adsorptive capacity, resulting in low product retention. Norit PAC 200C meets the requirements of the latest version of the U.S. Food Chemicals Codex. It is produced under the scope of a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of CDX HACCP. The corresponding Certificate of Registration is available upon request.

  Norit SA PLUS:
